Phone and Email Support is available.
Phone Support is available in blocks of 10 hours pre-paid.
Cost is $500 U.S. Each incident will be calculated by the actual
time used, with a minimum time of 15 minutes per incident. Support
is available 7 days per week. Calls within North America will not
require an extra fee. Calls made outside North America will require
an extra fee based on caller destination. There is no extra charge
if you call us.
Email and ICQ Support is available in blocks of 5 hours
pre-paid at $200 U.S. Each incident will be calculated by the actual
time used, with a minimum time of 5 minutes per incident. Email
and ICQ support is available 7 days per week.
